Overview
This short safari combines the endless plains of the Serengeti with the dramatic Ngorongoro Crater. In three days, you experience two of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations: the Serengeti’s vast savannah, home to lions, cheetahs, and the Great Migration, and Ngorongoro’s natural amphitheater, where animals gather in one of the most concentrated wildlife havens on earth. It’s an intense, unforgettable journey.

Description:
After breakfast, you drive west through the Ngorongoro highlands and into the Serengeti. The journey itself is scenic, with villages, farmland, and wildlife along the way. By afternoon, you enter the Serengeti plains—endless grasslands dotted with acacia trees. You’ll enjoy your first game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, elephants, and, depending on the season, herds of wildebeest and zebras. Dinner and overnight stay inside the Serengeti.

You spend the morning exploring Serengeti’s wildlife hotspots. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration—thousands of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains. Predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas follow closely. After lunch, you drive toward Ngorongoro, climbing into the highlands. You overnight at a lodge or camp on the crater rim, with breathtaking views into the caldera.

Description:
Early morning, you descend into Ngorongoro Crater. The views from the rim are spectacular, with mist rising over the vast caldera. On the crater floor, wildlife is everywhere: lions resting in the grass, hippos wallowing in pools, flamingos lining the lake, and—if lucky—the rare black rhino. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater. In the afternoon, you ascend back to the rim and drive to Arusha, arriving by evening. Safari ends with drop‑off at your lodge or airport.
